A warehouse with a total area of 1,200 m² is available to let. It is possible to rent a section of the premises from 300 m². The premises are located on the ground floor and feature a ramp allowing vehicles to drive up to the warehouse gates. There is also a goods lift with a load capacity of up to 2 tonnes for lifting pallets onto the loading bay.
The warehouse is a solid-built structure with thick walls, maintaining a positive temperature in winter. The ceiling height is 4.5 m². There are vacant office and staff facilities near the warehouse.
The site is secured with security guards and CCTV surveillance, with access via a security checkpoint. There is an asphalted access road for lorries and manoeuvring areas for long vehicles. The complex operates 24 hours a day. Staff and customers can walk to the ‘Lukyanivka’, ‘Shulyavska’ and ‘Dorogozhychi’ metro stations in 15–17 minutes.
